marysville

my friends were affected 2009 black saturday bushfire.
luckily their house was just escaped from burnt down. (fire was almost there and some parts were burnt.)
i feel so happy to see the town recovering.
mayrsville always gives me good energy. i love bush and water and it has both covered.

oh and cakes at marysville patisserie was yummy!
glad to see they are back at their home, although malvern was much more convenient for me to visit.

back from NT

back from red centre.

saw the brightest stars in the darkest sky, dawn and dusk on panoramic horizon.
went for kangaroo hunting, although no luck finding one this time.
drove dirt road.
tasted honey ants and met many nice people and cute kids.
the place i thought middle of nowhere was full of excitement!
now i love mount liebig so much so that i want to go back already!

easter

wish everyone had great easter holiday!

we didn’t plan anything but had really relaxing time with friends.
first day of our holiday was very warm, so we went to the park nearby to have picnic with friends.
next day was bit chilly, but had really fun making “easter-ly” stuff with friends.
and the rest, just relaxing at home.

now we are getting busy planning our trip in a week and prepare our place for the guests coming from japan! exciting!

weddings

spotting the wedding party for photo shooting around the town makes me happy and this month, i got to attend two of their happy moment!

one was at the winery near yarra valley.  the second i saw this venue, i fell in love!
rustic and casual atmosphere was really suite the bride and the groom, and the weather was also perfect for their big day.

and the following weekend, we attended church wedding in city.
very different from the week before but it was also stunning and majestic.

brides always make me feel like crying.  don’t know why but they were so beautiful in white.  and also it makes me smile to see the grooms’ happy faces especially when they see their princesses.

witnessing couples’ happy moment made me realise how far we came from that moment and appreciate everyone and everything – good and bad – made us who we are now.

many many congrats to newly wedded couples!!
